Debbie Morris is a virtual assistant and strategy partner for the Collaborative Operating System. She has previously been a management consultant for corporate and government organizations, where she helped her clients and employers make the most of change. As an organization effectiveness expert, she has lead and supported innumerable projects related to changes in technology, strategy, structure, process, culture and organization design. After leaving her last employer, she launched a new business service as a virtual assistant/coach/facilitator. Her passion has always been to build collaborative human systems that work better. She has worn many hats in the pursuit of this passion: trainer, facilitator, strategic planner, project manager, change manager, and director. Debbie enjoys singing, playing flute, piano and guitar, as well as kayaking, fishing and traveling with her husband Bill, when she’s not doting on her two grandchildren.
