learn to collaborate

COS Level II

“Collaboration and problem solving are crucial to the success of our organization. The Collaborative Operating System is the most sophisticated approach that I have come across for developing these capabilities within individuals and within organizations.”
- Mike Herzog, Ambassador of Operational Excellence and Culture, Structure Consulting Group (now Accenture)

COS Level II: Participants master the most basic and critical skill of work – the design and facilitation of collaborative meetings – ones with high ownership and alignment for the results! Because meetings are the primary way that work is accomplished, these modules create a sweeping change in the way work is done as well as how people experience it. Participants also learn which stakeholders to involve and the way in which to involve them. Over the years, many trainees have come to us because they participated in a COS meeting and wanted to learn this truly magical approach.

Cost: $795.
